Countermeasures in Norway after the Chernobyl Accident
Deposition of radioactivity from the Chernobyl accident prompted a need for countermeasures to be applied in Norway. No optimisation strategy could be carried out at such short notice. However, later evaluation has shown that the countermeasures applied in general were acceptable from an economic point of view. A survey of the countermeasures and cost benefit analysis is presented.
