Thermoluminescence of High Temperature Glow Peaks of LiF at Various Irradiation Temperatures

G. Kitis and S. Charalambous

The variation of TL response of the high temperature glow peaks of LiF:Mg,Ti has been studied as a function of irradiation temperature and dose. The irradiation temperature range was from 77 to 473 K and the dose range from 1 to 104 Gy. The results show that there is strong dependence of the thermoluminescence response on irradiation temperature and dose.
