Preliminary Results of Some Tests on the Use of Dose Equivalent Operational Quantities for Some Dosimetric Systems

G. Busuoli, A. Cavallini, V. Klamert and F. Monteventi

In order to assess the feasibility of a new methodology to obtain the response of dosemeters directly in terms of the operational dosimetric quantities H'(10) and H'(0.07), tests have been performed on some film and TL dosimetric systems. Some examples of the use of a purpose generated algorithm are illustrated. The results are satisfactory. The tests have been performed by the ENEA-EDP Group, as part of their task to check, for some years and on voluntary basis, the reliability of Italian dosimetric Services.
